Clubhouse Rental

We'd like to take a moment to thank you for choosing to live in Bridgefield Estates. Our goal is to offer a safe, beautiful community that you, as a property owner, are proud to call home. As part of an ongoing effort to deliver the high standard living that originally drew you to the community, we offer a multitude of amenities that we think you and your family will enjoy.

Great Amenities

As you have noticed, once you pass through the private gate, the unique and visually appealing nature of Bridgefield Estates becomes clear:

The streets are lined with homes that are of European architectural design. There are also street lights throughout the community, making walking and outdoor activities safe anytime of the day or night.

Our community also offers a 40 acre lake that resident's enjoy fishing on and watching the various birds and wildlife.

We offer a beautiful swimming pool at the clubhouse that can be reserved for you and your visitors to enjoy.

Also, we have a clubhouse that can be rented for various parties and activities. We also have protective covenants located throughout the community.

Our community also provides all underground utilities, Comcast cable, and high speed Internet. We are a part of Pearl River Valley Electric Power Association , the North Lamar Water Association, and the Sewer Lagoon.

One of the many amenities offered by the Bridgefield Estates is the beautiful clubhouse that can be reserved by residents of the community for private social functions.

Are you having a retirement party, baby shower, birthday party, graduation party, or another event? Our clubhouse is the perfect place to have these functions. There is a $100 security deposit that is required and residents are responsible for any damage that occurs to the furniture or fixtures during the use of the clubhouse.

You are responsible for your guests and their dependents. The homeowners association is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. The clubhouse is a non-smoking area and no pets are allowed in the clubhouse. Please do not park vehicles in the street.

Only current members can reserve the clubhouse and all guests must be accompanied by a member. A signed clubhouse rental agreement is required to secure your function date.
